Grown by small, family-owned farms in Huila, Colombia at 1,500-1,800 meters, this washed Excelso coffee is a crowd-pleaser. Huila is known for sweetness, delicate balance, and fragrant aroma, and this cup delivers all three: milk chocolate and brown sugar sweetness with a touch of tart dried fruit on the finish. Medium body, medium acidity.

Washed processing lets the high-altitude terroir shine through, giving you a clean, clear cup. The beans are Excelso grade (screen size 14), a Colombian quality designation for larger, carefully sorted beans.

Roasted to a Medium roast, in small batches, and roasted to order, so it never sits in a warehouse before it ships to you.

Works well brewed any way: espresso, pour-over, drip, or French press.
