Grown in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at elevations of 900 to 1,250 meters, this natural process coffee is the one to reach for if you like your cup mellow rather than bright. The cherries dry on the tree in Cerrado’s steady sunshine, which concentrates the sugars and gives the coffee a deep, sweet character with very little acidity.

Expect a medium body with notes of chocolate, toasted nuts, and caramel, plus a hint of brown sugar and dried fruit sweetness, and a smooth, well-rounded finish.

Roasted to a City roast, in small batches, and to order, so it never sits in a warehouse before it ships to you.

A great all-day drip coffee, and forgiving if you like a splash of cream.
