Our Story
Our journey into coffee roasting started at home when the world shut down in 2020. It was a flavorful way to keep my sanity while at home. With all the supply chain issues and hysteria around things like toilet paper, we were determined that we weren’t going to be without good coffee.
In the following 3 years, the process hasn’t changed but the equipment and purpose have. We still look for the best beans from the best suppliers. We used to roast for our own consumption in 4-ounce batches on a small fluid-bed roaster. We now roast in larger batches on a drum roaster and want to share our beans with you.
